Using a Letter Template
Letter actions gives you an easy way to create and send letters.
Our system will automatically generate a PDF letter that can include be multiple pages depending on the content. You will have the option to manually print the document yourself or use Auto-Send and we will automatically handle the printing, packaging and postage and get the letter to the destination.
There are many options when creating a letter. You may create as many letters as you wish and use "merge codes" to dynamically customize content within the letter. This will then populate with the lead and property unique information for each letter.
Creating a letter is simple and takes just a few steps.
- Click New Action
- Enter the Letter Name and choose options
- Choose or enter "To" address
- Choose or enter "From" address
- Add Letter content and background image or select a letter template
- Save the letter to generate the PDF document
