Create a Call List


The article will describe how to create a call list that includes properties and contacts (leads). All accounts have the ability to create call lists. Call lists are unique to each user.

Call list can be used to dial a list of contacts and/or property in a sequential order. This allows you to dial more numbers in a shorter period of time. Using your time more efficiently will allow you to talk to more clients and close more deals.

All users of the CRM system must abide by local, state and federal laws regarding the use of progressive dialing software, telemarketing and do not call compliance. Our system will remove contacts and numbers that have been selected as do not call from the call list and will not allow the use of the power caller.

Create a Call List

Creating a call list is simple and be done a number of ways. Contacts and Properties can be added individually to a list of you can add multiple contacts at a time in the lead page or map page.

Step 1 - Login to your Partner Account

Step 2 - Go the to Call List Manage Page (Home > Marketing > Calls > Call Lists).

Step 3 - Click the "New Call List" button.

Step 4 - Enter a Call List name and then save to create the call list.
