Step 1 - Create a Partner Account
Getting started is simple. The first step is to create a partner account here:

Step 2 - Join WE ARE REALTY and Verify your Account
Once you have a partner account, you will complete the sign up process within the admin system. Login to your new account and go to https://wearerealty.com/admin/staff/verified-partner You will then complete and sign our independent contractor agreement to get started.

Step 3 - Educate yourself on the tools and systems
Visit our knowledge base to learn about all the amazing features and tool you can use to increase your business.

Yes, in order to join WE ARE REALTY as a verified referral partner you must be licensed as a real estate sales agent or real estate broker in the territory permitted.

Referral Partners do not have any geographic restrictions but availability and listings may be limited in some areas.

REFERRAL TIER 1 - Pay-Per-Lead - 100% Referral Partner Commission
Currently, we charge $100 per new client lead. This is billed at the time the lead is received and is non-refundable.

REFERRAL TIER 2 - 70/30 Split - 70% Referral Partner Commission, 30% WE ARE REALTY
Only qualifies for closed transactions with client originating or in connection to a lead from WE ARE REALTY.

Personal clients are considered your property and database and the commission split is different for your personal clients compared to WE ARE REALTY clients given to you by our broker services.
