Yes, in order to join WE ARE REALTY as an agent you must be licensed as a sales agent or real estate broker in the territory permitted.

We believe the foundation of a real estate brokerage is the agents that service our clients. We've structured our entire business around rewarding agents for closed transactions. Commission is based on a tiered system focused on performance within that year period.

TIER 1 - 100/0 Split - 100% Partner Agent Commission
Only qualifies for closed transactions originating from the agents personal sphere after yearly cap of $25,000 has been reached, excluding transaction fees and taxes.

TIER 2 - 80/20 Split - 80% Partner Agent Commission, 20% WE ARE REALTY
Only qualifies for closed transactions originating from the agents personal sphere before yearly cap of $25,000 has been reached.

TIER 3 - 70/30 Split - 70% Partner Agent Commission, 30% WE ARE REALTY
Only qualifies for closed transactions originating from WE ARE REALTY after yearly cap of $25,000 has been reached.

TIER 4 - 50/50 Split - 50% Partner Agent Commission, 50% WE ARE REALTY
Only qualifies for closed transactions originating from WE ARE REALTY before yearly cap of $25,000 has been reached.

Commission caps begin at the time of partner verification and renew annually on that date unless changed in writing by WE ARE REALTY.

Personal clients are considered your property and database and the commission split is different for your personal clients compared to WE ARE REALTY clients given to you by our broker services.
