The referral types will match to the property status of active listings. Buyer leads come from property listing pages when a Client inquires about the property, writes and offer or requests a showing. Seller leads generally appear when a Client requests a home valuation for their property. Lease referrals come from active rental property inquiries. Commercial Referrals Non-residential active property listing inquiries.
