We love animals but not all property owners feel the same way. In most cases, pets are allowed. Please ask your WE ARE REALTY agent about the specific allowances for your property. In some instances, a pet security deposit or additional fee may be required.
We abide by all local, state and national laws. Termination of a lease breaks the legal agreement you made with the property. We may take actions such as notices, evictions, charges, collections and the forfeiture of all or any part of the security deposit. Each situation is unique and our legal team works to satisfy each situation..
The security deposit serves to protect the landlord if the tenant breaks or violates the terms of the lease or rental agreement. It may be used to cover damage to the property, cleaning, key replacement or back rent.
In most circumstance, property owners will require a credit check with the lease application.
We evaluate tenants on financial capacity as allowed by law. If we do not feel confident with an applications credit score or financial funds we may allow another party to accept responsibility for the lease. We also may require a large security deposit and a possible pre-payment of rent in certain circumstances as allowed by law.
Gas, Electricity, Internet and water are generally paid by the tenant. Rental properties may or may not include certain utilities. Please ask a WE ARE REALTY AGENT about a listed property's details.

We can handle the replacement of your lost item upon verifying your identification. Replacement sets of keys are $25 and we will arrange immediate shipment to the property. You may call the concierge line or to arrange a local professional to gain access. There are additional charges for professional locksmiths.
In most cases, repairs are the responsibility of the property owner. In certain situations, tenants may be billed for repairs if they are a direct result of negligent actions by the tenant or tenant's guests.
