They constantly add tasteful touches to the neighborhood and adequately keep up with maintenance, landscaping and everything else . There is a scenic bike trail adjacent to the neighborhood. This is a beautiful neighborhood that will give you a feeling like you're living on vacation. My father owns this house. I recommended that that he purchase this home years ago because of most of what I wrote here. He lived in this home for many years until recently, since he now has special needs. He always tells me that he misses living there. This location is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Tampa international airport, 15 minutes to downtown Tampa, 25 minutes to some of the best beaches in the US, around 5-7 minutes to Publix, Walmart, Target, Lowes, much more shopping, theaters, restaurants etc. This is a walkable neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the quaint little ice cream shop with an ice cream cone style roof in the corner about a block away. That little ice cream shop makes for a nice walk. I recommend it.
