> Anyone that's ever had to deal with the county or county inspectors to get the permit needed to get electricity, a water well, fence, site plan, a physical address rather than a parcel number, internet service, trash bin, and just the overall number of permits needed to have a site plan approved, to build a house on vacant land knows what a complete TOTAL nightmare the process is. Not to mention having to higher at least 2 engineers and the architect needed to create the county approved blueprints to build the house.
If you have ever had to go through this then you know you don't ever want to go through it again.
Well, with this property you won't have to.
EVERY permit has already been taken care of, paid for and approved. A site plan has been approved and blueprints for the house has approved.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS START BUILDING.
