The owner is not able to come up with the funds to clean it. There was a well and electric they have been striped. some vehicles and just plain old junk. To clean it up would take a lot of work. There is a dump close by. I hate to call it that because it's so clean. It's free and there is a limit to how much you can take there a week. The guy that works there can tell you.
