For indoor lounging, sprawl out on the spacious sectional sofa in the family room, crank up the cozy fireplace, and watch your favorite shows on the big screen TV. A secluded home office is located down the hall from the living room that *can be converted into a fourth bedroom with advanced notice.



The primary bedroom boasts two private sliding door entrances from the backyard, a California king-size bed, a mounted TV, and a private full bath with dual sinks. One queen guest bedroom and a second guest bedroom with two twin beds are adjacent to an expansive built-in linen closet and shared full bath. Convenient two-car garage access and several indoor storage closets and cabinets are available during your long-term stay. No smoking. No parties. A housekeeping fee of $350 is required (mid-stay housekeeping is required for reservations that exceed 30 days at an additional cost). Spa care and heating fee of $200 per month. The owner pays for utilities up to $300 Mo. A deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required.
