Located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains, the Kennedy Meadows General store is a gem just off the Pacific Crest Trail and is a main stopping point for PCT hikers. They resupply, enjoy a variety of burgers and fried foods from the Cook Shack located on the outdoor patio. The PCT hikers ship their resupply packages to this store as well. Included at this breathtaking mountainous destination is an amphitheater where movies are played on an outdoor screen. The 'Cabin' on this property is a modular home that has been completely refurbished and can be used for different purposes, like living or renting out. There is ample space for parking and throwing large outdoor events. This store has been known for its many summer events, bands, great food and good company! The area offers abundant outdoor recreation and has its own unique charm. There are an array of outdoor activities in all seasons. Fishing, horse-back riding, hiking, dirt biking, snowmobiling and camping under the stars to name of few. The store comes with an on-sale beer/wine license, as well as the sale of gasoline, and propane. The store is located on 3.33 acres and the adjoining property is 1.43 acres. The solar has been upgraded to a 48 volt system with eighteen 400 watt solar panel mounted on a 14.5' steel frame. The main generator is a brand new 30kw Cummins Diesel installed in May 2023. Equipment upgrades include: Three large chest freezers, upright Advanco Freezer, Deli Fridge.

The outdoor showers, restrooms, & laundry facility have been completely remodeled. There are also two 20' sea containers that are used for package storage, a 2,000 gallon above ground gasoline vault and an 800 gallon diesel tank used to run the generator. There are two Roku TV's at the store and one at the cabin.
