This lovely property has 60 acres on two parcels. The structures include: Main house, Double-Wide Coach, 4 car Garage, fenced Garden, and Sheds.
The two story main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The new kitchen and parlor addition contains: Bertch cherry cabinets, six-burner Viking propane stove, dishwasher, an 11x4 island with granite counter and operable skylight above, and two sinks. There are two storage sheds located below the main house. The main house and the coach each have a septic tank.
The well is near the top of the hill. One of the water tanks is aluminum, obviously the body of a milk truck or water tanker. The other tank is the typical Army green one about 8 feet tall. The well pump was replaced last year along with 400 ft of new hose. The flow is currently at 16 gallons per minute and has never run dry.
Both the solar and batteries have been upgraded with a total of twenty new panels from Canada to handle full time occupation. There are generators to act as backups for the solar.
The house was built about forty years ago without permits. However, we have the CA Fair Plan.
