Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south and explore Don Pedro Island, State Park! This home has a large horseshoe driveway and an additional straight driveway for ample parking. The house is surrounded by gorgeous landscaping. Upon entering the home, you will find a light and airy atmosphere. The front foyer has a desk where you can set up your remote office! The spacious living room has a couch, an adjoining day chair, and a Smart TV. Adjacent, you will find the dining room with a fabulous wooden dining table to accommodate up to four. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. Down the hall, you will find the primary bedroom with a full-size bed and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. The bathroom has a large elegant vanity with a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a dresser and closet space. There are two outdoor areas. There is a screened-in lanai by the front of the home with an outdoor patio set for four. The spacious backyard is perfect for entertaining families and loved ones.
