A great spot the rolling hills in Northern California oak trees. The first time I got there as I was driving in three chickens crossed the road right in front of me I still don't know why I saw a whole group of peacocks just standing there and then I got to the property and I heard this donkey off in the distance going l AWWW HEEEHAAAWW and I laugh my ass off. There flocks of chickens (they sound delicious) and typical barnyard sounds. Great atmosphere to start a homestead. Imagine it's probably the closest thing to the Old West, the way the West was in the old days.
