For rental durations of 6 months or less, additional tax applies, and payment is required in full upfront. For stays longer than 6 months, the rental requires first and last month's rent, a security deposit, and a credit application fee.
A membership transfer is required. The property is pet-friendly with owner approval and a non-refundable $300 pet fee. The rental includes golf privileges and access to all amenities, with a $100/month club food consumption obligation using your member number.
