The current rate (subject to change) is $535 +tax for the duration of your stay. This fee allows you unlimited access to all these amenities (including golf) for the duration of your tenancy! This building DOES have an elevator. In addition, your unit comes with an ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING SPOT and a TON of guest parking for second/guest vehicles. Summer rental rates: (MAY - NOVEMBER) are $2150/month + tax (this includes ALL utilities).
In-Season rental rates: (DECEMBER – APRIL) are $4250/month + tax (this includes ALL utilities).
